Free Standard Shipping on All Orders!

If you are not in a hurry to receive your order, and do not need to specify a particular shipping method, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and the District of Columbia (and to US Protectorates, depending on order).
Please see below for international shipping.

Standard Shipping Is:

For orders with free standard shipping, we will use a shipping carrier of our choosing. In most cases, we use the following carriers:

USPS First-Class Mail for lighter shipments of up to 13 oz. (Estimated 1-7 days transit time, average 3.5 days, but may take signficantly longer, especially during busy seasons). Transit time is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post (estimated 2-9 days, but may take significantly longer, especially during busy seasons) or FedEx ground (1-6 days to most destinations) for all other shipments. Transit time is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that neither Marcopoloni nor USPS can make any delivery timeframe guarantees with these services.

Order Processing Time:

Orders received by MIDNIGHT Pacific time will ship the following business day or EARLIER! (subject to order approval, see exceptions below)
In some cases, we are able to ship out orders the same day they are received.

Flexibility in Shipping:

In a crunch? Gotta use a particular service? We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your unique needs:

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: - Online shipment tracking; - Guaranteed delivery by FedEx's published transit times (1-6 business days to most destinations); - A signature may be required upon delivery for residential orders of $250.00 or more.
FedEx Express: - Online shipment tracking; - Guaranteed delivery by FedEx's published transit times (1-3 days depending on service requested)
USPS Priority Mail: - Transit time is not guaranteed (historical average has been about 2.5 days)


USPS Express Mail: - Second day or third day to most locations, depending on local service availability.; - Saturday delivery is included where service is available.; - Delivery timeframe is guaranteed by the USPS; - Express Mail Military Service (EMMS) is not available to all APO/FPOs. Please contact us or USPS to verify availability of this service to APO/FPOs; - Online shipment tracking

Please note that these delivery timeframes calculate the TIME FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, NOT WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED!! Please read "Normal Order Processing Time" above for information on when your order will ship.

Delivery of Your Order:

Signature Requirement

Residential orders valued at $250.00 or more may require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive this requirement, please contact us prior to, or within 2 hours of placing your order.

If you waive the signature requirement, you will be responsible for full payment of the order even in case of loss, theft or damage that occurs after the carrier certifies the delivery of your package. By waiving this requirement, you are releasing Marcopoloni and the carrier of any responsibility after the delivery of the package.

Please note that the signature requirement can not be waived for orders over $500.00.

Undeliverable Packages

If no one will be home to sign for a signature-required package, you can contact FedEx to place a waiver of signature on file, or sign the doortag to release the package in your absence for the redelivery. FedEx will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, or requires address correction or rerouting due to an inaccurate or insufficient address provided on your order, we reserve the right to charge you for any such additional fees beyond the original shipping fees that are assessed by the carrier.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for extremely reasonable rates starting at $3.50 USD for the smaller packages! Because there are various methods available , please call us at +1 408-649-5811, or e-mail us at info@marcopoloni.com to discuss the right international shipping method for you.

Alternatively, you can submit your order using the standard US shipping. Upon receipt of your order we will prepare and send a customized quote with the shipping options available to you. Once you respond with your shipping method selection, we will process your payment and approve your order for shipping. Please note that for PayPal orders, we may have to invoice you separately for the shipping portion of your order.

On Duties/Customs:

Please note that all items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, only if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes differently. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item shipped by Marcopoloni, it is important for you to know that the recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties/taxes/fees.
