Masks play a key part within world theatre traditions and they are considered a stylistic device which can be traced back to the Greeks and Romans.

Small details, such as the open mouth, make this keychain an accurate reproduction of a typical Greek mask. In ancient Greece, in fact, these masks used to come with a wide and open mouth because it contained a megaphone to enable the voice of the character to be projected into the large auditoria.

The keychain was made and decorated by hand in Italy by Sicilian maestro Francesco.
